  • Terms of Service
    We have a few terms and conditions that are different from standard. please read through as when you book you will be asked to confirm you understood and agree. Pricing and How we calculate our Invoices Our services are charged by Job NOT per hour As such our Standard Home Cleaning Booking - 3hrs are usually set aside for Service for the quoted price. There is no by minute calculation, if the service is completed before or slightly after the allotted time - there is no extra fee or discount. The Service Price is final and we go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Delays in Arrival or Early Finishes As we can always know, there is always situations beyond our control. We are still human and we do have family needs from time to time. Therefore from time to time there may be some delays of our arrival, jobs may run over time or travel issues. we always strive to arrive on time every time but in the cases of delays - we will strive to complete everything in the time we are on site. If we need to leave earlier than usual, we will let you know as family is important to us. therefore if we need to leave earlier, we will once again, make sure to complete all work before we leave the site. Rarely is this more than 15 - 30mins difference and does not effect our work efforts. Harassment of Staff We do not stand for any abuse of ourselves while in your home or on site. If you need to bring things to our attention, we are always happy to work with you and Talk calmly together for a good result, where everyone is happy. Please refrain from any insults, name calling, swearing, physically laying hands on staff or raised voices as this will lead to the cleaner having to leave premises and you WILL be charged the full amount of service and also the possibility of Authorities being called. Services will cease and you will be blocked from any bookings going forward - please Be Kind and Courteous to all staff, on all occasions. Personal Information We do collect some of your information by submission through the booking forms and information collected for us to service you, this private and is governed by our Privacy Policy. view our Privacy Policy.
  • How can I Book a Service?
    We have a very simple booking system, go to the Services link in the menu and our services available will be listed, find the one you would like to book, Click the Book Now button. If there is different types of preferences you click the arrow for the drop-down menu, choose the service option by clicking on the wording. select the Next Button. This will then ask if you would like to add another service to this appointment, if so select the Add Service button, select the arrows to view which items you would like. Once you have selected and chosen all the services you would like, you then click the purple 'Select Date & time' Button. This will then show a calendar, choose the Date on Calendar and then a Start time to the right. this will then jump you to the Booking details and then select the purple 'Next' button. Add in your details, the location for the Service and even a message if you would like. select either add to cart or Book Now buttons. This will then take you to the checkout. In this section make sure all your details are correctly loaded, select continue. choose your payment option - deposits are only required at time of booking. if you have a coupon code - you can add it by clicking the link 'Enter a Promo Code' under the images of the services you have selected in the grey box to the right side of screen. once you have typed in the Code (in all Caps -Uppercase Letters) hit the apply button. once everything is checked and correct you can then select the place Order and Pay button. once payment is processed you will be taken to a screen where your order number will be listed, date and time of bookings, deposit paid and what is due on the service date. we also send this confirmation to your email. if you have any questions from this just hit the contact us link in the menu.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    YES we do offer Gift Cards, these can be purchased here: 1: Choose $ Amount or add your own Amount 2: Select who the Gift Card is for 3: add email, name 4: choose date for Card to be sent 5: Add your Message and Click Buy Now (Purple) Button. 6: Then follow through the checkout system. These are available to use in the Booking Checkout Payment section. and we can also apply these to your Invoices. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us
  • What Payment Options do You have?
    We have many options available, many folks use online payments to book and pay via Direct Deposit after we Invoice. Cash EFTPOS (available on site after service completed) Bank Deposit PayPal AfterPay We do not charge fee's for the different payment options.
  • What are your Hours?
    We tend to work from 9am to 7pm Tuesday to Friday, Saturdays are Special Bookings. We do take Mondays off. Bookings can be Weekly, Fortnightly or One off or Time to Time, You choose the frequency and if you only need help here and there! speak with us if you need a booking outside of these hours, we are always happy to accommodate where we can!
  • What are your Plans?
    We do have Cleaning Payment Plans available, These are monthly subscriptions where you pay a upfront fee and have service items included. Payments are due each month on the date of signing up. This link you will find our list of Prices and what is included on our Plans section of the website. We do not have an issue if you need to cancel at any time with these plans, due to our system we need a minimum of 2 Months for all subscriptions. Services in these plans can be Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly. You are in control - once you sign up we will be in touch to organise the details
  • What does a Basic Clean Contain?
    We do a thorough clean even for our basic bookings. I cannot help myself, I do love to leave a sparkling home! We do not offer services below 2.5hrs as no point rushing a job! Kitchen: Benches Cleaned, Oven wiped down, kitchen cabinets and handles wiped, sink cleaned. Dining: Table cleaned, any items polished and wiped over, chairs cleaned. Lounge: lounge and pillows Reset, glass/tables wiped, mirrors cleaned, vacuum pet hair from couch, dust everything, Vacuum. Bathroom: Surfaces cleaned, shower cleaned, glass cleaned, mirrors cleaned, Basin and drain scrub. Bedroom: vacuum, dusted, mirrors cleaned. Toilet: Scrub bowl, wipe and sanitise all surfaces. Floors: Vacuum and mopped.
  • How do I organise a Custom Cleaning Plan?
    We pride ourselves on offering a personalised service, We love working with our clients to what their needs are. If you have looked through our services section and are unsure we have a specific service you are after, please Contact Us We are always on the look out for services we can offer, and we can happily put together a plan for you, these we manually add and will send you a link to process a deposit with a payment link. You can also book multiple services on the website, for the same appointment and locations. if these helps.
  • What are your Location Regions?
    We tend to service the Southern Highlands and Illawarra. if we are required to travel more than an hour we will add a travel fee - usually $25. These are our regions we service: Robertson/Burrawang/Fitzroy Falls/Belmore Falls/Carrington Falls Kangaloon/East Kangaloon Moss Vale/Bowral/Mittagong/Renwick Albion Park/Tullimbar/Calderwood Albion Park Rail Oak Flats Warilla Shellharbour Wollongong Please Contact Us if your unsure on your area, Best way to work this to put our address (66 North Street, Robertson NSW 2577) in Google maps and if the directions show it is more than 50mins + there is a possibility of the $25 fee will be included.
  • Do you offer NDIS Cleans?
    Unfortunately we have had to terminate these services due to issues with the payments system. we apologise, but we do keep our rates low so everyone has access to our services. We do love offering our services to everyone as we do see our services as more than 'just cleaning' - But we hope the NDIS system operates better soon, so that everyone has access to the services they need, and the services are paid promptly.   • What Cleaning Products do You use?
    We strive to only use eco-friendly and non chemical options in our cleans. Partner with a range of Companies to only use the best quality products to make sure your home is safe and clean. We also will always partner first with Australian Companies, We pride ourselves on supporting our own manufacturing and product development. PRODUCTS IN USE These following products are the products we use in every clean, and we encourage you to try them also. Pleasant State We use range of these products in our own home, in our cleans we mainly use the Multi Purpose, Floors and Bathroom Cleaners. These products are heavy duty cleaners without the ingredients that are harmful to humans and the environment. Products that are very effective while better for you and the planet with a pleasant scent afterwards thanks to the Essential Oils they use for fragrance. Our Clients love the Fresh Clean smell these products provide. Bona Floor Speciality Cleaners We use the Wood Floors and Hard Surface Cleaners on our clients floors. This is a non diluted solution for speciality flooring, mainly wood floors. This solution gives a great finish, polish and protects floors for a simple way for flooring longevity. Bona Cleaner has no detrimental effect on floors maintained with this solution. We also use the Bona Hard Floors Cleaner for Vinyl, Tiles and a range of other surfaces when needed. Koh Universal Cleaner handy tool for all surfaces, Free from Chemical nasties, sensitive choice approved allergy friendly and fragrance free. We use this mainly on glass surfaces, Shower Screens, Mirrors, Slick surfaces, Splash backs and Stainless Steel Appliances - Also great on Wood Fire Glass. It is formulated with minerals to lift and get under the stains to lift them from the surface - using mainly potassium hydroxide and purified water. The active ingredient of potassium hydroxide makes up less than 0.5% of the total composition. But we have been using this in our own home for over 8yrs - we love the magical effect it has on stains like beetroot and curry! THE EXTRAS on rare occasions we may use some products on shower floors or cupboard Cleans - which we use these under advisement and very carefully. These are not our go to products for heavy cleaning - usually elbow grease and our specialty cloths do the hard work But in these instances we choose The Pink Stuff Products for these heavy duty projects.
  • Can we purchase Cleaning Supplies?
    We can supply you any cleaning Products you are interested in, Please Contact Us if you are interested in using the Products we use. The day to Day Cleaners which we use are fabulous to have on hand in the home to maintain your environment. All our Products are refillable solutions - once you purchase a bottle you then only have to buy the refills or bars. Great for the world we live in so less plastic bottles and chemicals are added to the earth! We can always help with any knowledge on how to go about this.   • Do you supply Essential Oils?
    Yes we have a range of Essential Oils we can supply, these are an added cost if you are interested in purchasing some. Prices usually start at $18 - $45 and the Brand we Stock is Eco Modern Essentials which is an Australian company supplying great Pure Essential and Organic Oils. Essential Oils are mainly for use in Diffusers, Baths, Topically or in DIY Mixed Products. Needs they can help with Cold + Flu, Pain and Inflamation, Menopausal or PMS issues, Moods, Infections and just plain to enjoy the aroma in your home! We ourselves use these products and love them! we also have on offer EFTPOS on site and AfterPay.

Cancellation Policy

if there are any issues with the booked time and date please just contact us and we are always happy to reschedule your booking.
we usually will reschedule rather than cancel a booking.
if for any reason within 24hrs you no longer require our services we will need to charge a small fee.
this is usually just your Deposit - so therefore the Deposit paid on booking is non refundable.
But as said before we are happy to transfer the Deposit/fee to another booking.

Harassment Policy 

we do not stand for any abusive behaviours from clients,
if you are not happy with the service we will do our best to politely explain and try to rectify the situation where humanly possible.

But we will not stand for any abusive language, behaviours of physical assaults.
We will leave the property immediately and you will owe the full invoiced amount.
any issues we will involve the authorities.
